Therapy is for everyone else

Therapy is truly for every single human being, including me and you.

Therapy is about learning how to be vulnerable, expressing your true feelings and connecting with people around you.

It's finding out what's hidden in the gap between who you show up as, and who you really are inside.

It's learning about yourself and processing experiences that shaped who you are; the good, bad, and ugly. There's a stigma that still exists in society and possibly within your mind about mental health, however the reality is we all suffer through tough seasons of life and therapy is for people who want more fulfillment, more joy, and more hope in their life.

If you've become good at ignoring the warning signs within yourself, you might want to consider reaching out. Is it uncomfortable at first? Sure, but the benefits can be amazing.

If you experience any kind of past or present workplace trauma (big or small) and don't feel ready for one-on-one therapy, consider coming to our weekly peer support group held Wednesdays at our new location (307 Westmorland Rd) from 6-8pm.

This is a free drop in where people experiencing similar stressors can get together and talk. No sign up, no commitment.

Come and be around others who may truly get you.
