About Me

My name is Kathleen and I have worked as a Registered Social Worker since 2018. I moved to Fredericton in 2012 to pursue my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Work at St. Thomas University, and have lived here ever since.

My career has been focused on supporting individuals through a variety of complex issues. My experience lies in conducting forensic interviews, working with marginalized communities, and providing care for those impacted by intimate partner violence.

My Approach

I work from a trauma-informed lens, using a strength-based, client-centered approach. I believe that my role is to offer guidance and collaborate with individuals, recognizing that they are the experts in their own lives and know what is best for themselves. My goal is to foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered and confident in their capacity to heal. I strive to create a space that encourages growth, resilience, and self-discovery, allowing clients to take charge of their own healing journey.
