About Me
Hi! I'm Jennifer, and PEOPLE are my passion!
I bring a wealth of experience from working with and for community and government agencies. My work spans various areas, including income support, justice, reintegration, harm reduction, mental health, substance use, housing, access to community resources, family supports, and numerous inter-professional collaborations. This journey has granted me the privilege of working with, advocating for, and supporting children, youth, and adults in our community.
My goal has always been to provide exceptional, genuine service and support. For decades, my focus has been on making every effort to ensure my clients recognize and appreciate their own worth.
My Approach
I draw from a variety of methods to provide an individualized approach to each of my clients and their specific needs. Working alongside individuals, I aim to support them in navigating life’s obstacles and working towards reaching their goals.
Who I See
Currently, I offer services to youth (16+), adults, couples, and families (16+). Whether in person, virtual, or through phone appointments, my commitment to providing support remains unwavering.
My Practice
Jennifer enjoys working with a variety of topics such as: women's issues, intimate partner violence (physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, financial, etc.), relationship issues, separation and divorce, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, parenting, career and retraining exploration, goal setting, life stressors, stress management, managing strong emotions, substance use, anxiety, depression, and suicidality. First Responders welcome.
