About Me
My role is to work with you to overcome the obstacles that are currently impacting your life. She works from an Emotionally Focused, attachment-based lens and also incorporate CBT, CPT, and DBT frameworks depending on the presenting concerns. Additionally, I have training in the Gottman Method approach to Couples Counselling.
My Approach
I work with a strength based, solution focused approach and will work collaboratively with you. We will identify the challenges you are struggling with and build a plan through them together, drawing on your existing strengths, while helping you to develop new coping tools and skills.
I believe that we all struggle at times and need support and community to help us through those challenging seasons in our lives. I am here to work with you and advocate for you. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment.

My Practice
Whether in-person or virtually, my goal is to offer support in various areas, including marriage, separation, divorce, attachment, complex developmental trauma & C-PTSD, parenting, co-parenting, maternal mental health, adjustment to parenthood, support in fatherhood, abuse, trauma, and intimate partner violence.
I also offer Court-Ordered Evaluations, including Custody Evaluations and The Voice of the Child reports. Additionally, I provide parenting plans for private custody matters in Fredericton and Woodstock areas. All evaluations and reports are conducted with a non-bias and neutral approach.
