Our Services

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

Individual counselling is a personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth. We work with clients one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to help support issues including anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, and more.

COUPLES THERAPY

If you are having difficulties in an intimate relationship and efforts to resolve them with your partner aren’t working, couples counselling is an option worth considering. We can help you improve things like communication, trust, intimacy, conflict, and improve your overall relationship satisfaction.

FAMILY THERAPY

Whether it’s from stress, anger, or grief, therapy for a struggling family can make a difference. We can help couples, children, or members of an extended family learn to communicate better and work through conflicts.

EMDR THERAPY

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.

PLAY THERAPY

Play therapy can benefit children experiencing a range of behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, and experiences with upsetting changes or stressful events. Our sessions can help children learn to communicate better, develop problem solving skills, work through trauma and change behaviors.
