About Me

I'm Jessica, a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. Born and raised in Fredericton, I returned to New Brunswick to pursue social work after studying psychology at Dalhousie University.

I bring valuable experience in working with adults facing challenges related to past trauma, addiction, anxiety, and stress. My approach is rooted in a strengths-based, client-centered perspective, aiming to empower clients in their journey towards self-empowerment.
